The place was very well located. The beds were uncomfortable.

The hotel is pleasantly central and many spots in Horta are within walking distance. It was convenient to use the washing machine in the shared kitchen, and there were hangers in the room. The building and especially room 80 were very worn out and old. From the separate hot/cold taps, the worn wardrobe, the unstable bed, to the old large water stain on the ceiling in the bathroom – a renovation would be necessary and would improve comfort.

The location was convenient for getting to the city centre. The building was a bit run-down and especially dirty, with weeks of dead mosquitoes stuck to the walls with blood stains, plus other dirty spots on the walls and questionable smells.

The building was in a great spot, the staff were helpful and friendly. The bathroom lacked a phone and was dated with signs of wear, especially on the mirror. The room door didn’t close properly, and the walls were so thin that you could hear everything from the other rooms.
