The accommodation met my expectations, but I was upset because I booked through Booking and the room appeared available, yet when I arrived at Zapt it was occupied; I had to wait 40 minutes in the parking lot after paying, and those lost minutes weren’t counted toward check‑out, forcing me to leave on time—if a room shows available on any platform, it shouldn’t be occupied when a guest arrives.
