The location, room size, AC performance, ventilation, bed size, mattress, and sofa set were fine, but the front desk was rude, the staff lacked a service attitude, there was no room service, the intercom didn’t work, housekeeping was absent, and staff only provided soap or towels after being asked. When I requested an invoice, they told me to contact the booking app instead of giving it at reception; after checking out I had to follow up with both the app and the hotel, and only then did I receive the invoice by mail.

The hotel is great, the staff is nice, the rooms are the best, and I had a wonderful experience; it’s located about 2 km from the birthplace, and all their services were excellent.
