We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially thanks to Anna who was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful all the time—always smiling, ready to recommend Taipei spots or assist with anything we needed, and her warm, attentive service was truly appreciated.

The lobby looked great, and the coffee and snacks available 24 hours were really good, but the breakfast porridge had no meat floss, and the toilet in my room wasn’t cleaned properly.

The location was nice and the breakfast was good, but when I arrived I was told I’d booked a single bed and had to pay extra for two separate beds, even though they claimed I’d been “upgraded”; I thought I’d booked correctly.

The hotel is very well situated in Taipei, close to the red metro line that serves the most iconic sites. The breakfast is decent, and there are plenty of restaurants, a 7 Eleven, and useful services nearby (post office, dry‑cleaning.). Taipei 101 is about a 30‑minute walk for those who enjoy walking, offering a chance to see the city differently.
