“Pésima”
When we arrived at the hotel around 11.00 pm, we were told that from 11.00 am the hotel had already informed Booking that no rooms were available, which caused a lot of frustration; later, without any action from the staff, a notification popped up on my phone saying we had another reservation in Atlixco Pue, much more expensive and lacking the services that would justify the cost, and we had to accept it because it was so late. The informality of the staff and the treatment we received at Hotel Choloa were disappointing.
