Great service, everything is very clean and cozy, and the breakfast is exceptionally good, perfect to start a hiking day!

The suite was very nice, the location optimal and the view amazing; the spa area also impressed us. However, the seating requests at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner on the last two days were not honored, so we ended up sitting with a dog right in the middle and very cramped, which was likely disruptive to other guests. The staff, because it wasn’t very busy, kept watching videos on their phones at full volume repeatedly, which was annoying. Also, the clattering of dishes during meal times was very disturbing; this could have been done before or after meals since it was not very busy. Information in the new hotel app and the guest brochure in the room were not up to date, and although we reported this to the hotel, it was not corrected before our departure. In our view, the mattresses in the room should definitely be replaced because they are very soft and sagging.
