The spot is really spot on – close to the centre and fresh towels every day, which feels a bit excessive to us. The bathroom, however, has black mold in the shower, which is almost finished. The bed isn’t very comfortable.

The location was great, but there could have been more focus on cleanliness.

Great location, perfect for a night or two in Sorrento. It was a little difficult to find at first, but the instructions provided were excellent.

The hotel is a full floor of apartments inside a residential building in Sorrento, with a great location a minute from the bus stop and a few minutes from the Sorrento bus station (Piazza Tasso, Corso Italia). The building is well secured, with keys for the gate downstairs, the building entrance, the hotel main door and the apartment door itself. The room is basic, clean and suitable for a tourist rather than a hotel stay. On the first day there was a water fault in the whole area, so we had no running water until the evening. All communication is via WhatsApp; there isn’t a live person, but the response is very fast and we receive detailed instructions for arrival and room use. The fridge was dirty and smelled every time we opened it because it wasn’t plugged in. Overall, the price is a bit high for what we get, but during the time we were there everything in Sorrento was full, which might explain the pricing.

The bed is very comfortable. There’s a capsule coffee machine and a lovely balcony in a good location. Check‑in was somewhat disorganized; we only received instructions after waiting several minutes outside, not a day in advance like other hosts do. The air‑conditioning didn’t work well, so my partner had to open it and clean a heavily dust‑covered filter. When we opened the wardrobe drawers, they fell and stayed that way for the rest of the stay. Even though housekeeping came, they never refilled the bath gel that ran out the first day because there was little left. The maintenance and staff attention are lacking.
