The bed, furniture, and carpet are awful; evening and morning service is poor, with only women present, no male staff, and the female staff lack quality behavior and humor.
The staff were friendly and quick, parking was available, the front desk was staffed, and the location is good, but the rooms are a bit small, the shower drain had a strong odor, and the hotel’s exterior looks deteriorated, which is disappointing.
The hotel hasn't been renovated in a long time but has potential; the waiters are masterful and salvage the reputation—big applause for the gentlemen! However, it has been neglected for years and is in a state of disrepair.
The location is good and the staff is generally helpful, yet the equipment is old, there's a foul smell from the trash, and the spa facilities feel outdated.
“Anders als erwartet”
The ski slope and the little village were right nearby, which was convenient. Unfortunately the building feels ancient and could really use a facelift; the window screws have fallen out and the trim is broken. There were five German TV channels, but the Wi‑Fi was spotty at best. In the evenings there was no juice or hot water for tea, and the food never changed – after four days I was clueless about what to eat, with only one kind of roll and bread on offer. Overall the owner seems to neglect his properties, especially when you compare them to the six other hotels in the area that look far better equipped. We didn’t use the spa area, which is a pity because guests have to pay extra for it instead of it being included in the room rate.
