The bathhouse was nice, the location was good for Disney, and the overall look and feel of the property were appealing. However, there were no umbrellas when it rained, so we had to buy some, and the beds felt quite hard.

The room was newly furnished, clean, and quiet, and the front lobby had a pleasant scent; seeing the Sky Tree from the room was impressive. The hotel has a stylish vibe with graffiti by famous authors, and there are tasty restaurants right in front of the hotel, so even a quick bite is easy.

The hotel sits in a great (and quiet) spot for bay activities, including Disney, and is close to central Tokyo; the rooms are roomy, the facilities are excellent, and the staff were awesome. The only downside was the limited local coffee options, but that was offset by the great local food.

Breakfast was superb, and the hotel’s proximity to the station made it easy to reach Disneyland and Tokyo station.

We stayed as a group of four! I had been hoping there wouldn’t be enough space to unfold a suitcase, but there was plenty, which was great. It was also very helpful that the station was close, especially since it was raining. There were almost no issues, but it would be nice to have a locker‑like box in the changing room to store clothes when bathing.
