The place had a convenient location and a self‑check‑in system. The building felt dated, with old doors and slightly thin walls that let you hear the neighbor.

The location was great, close to the city center and already surrounded by plenty of bars and cafés. The staff were friendly, but the good transport links meant the tram was louder than expected right outside the window. The room felt very small and many areas seemed only hastily renovated. There were also hairs in the shower, a missing lampshade, and towels with holes. The bed was far too soft.

The spot was well‑situated, but the street noise was quite loud and could be heard a lot.

Customer service was flawless, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel staff respected your privacy. The hotel sits in a lively neighbourhood full of shops. Excellent value for money.
