I stayed in a charming spot with a small terrace that offered lovely scenic views, and the lodge itself felt modern and well-built. The complimentary robes, milk in the fridge, and ice in the freezer were nice touches that mattered. The hot tub was heavily chlorinated and left my eyes sore, and at 38° it felt a bit too hot; the shower was freezing both in the morning and at night, which was a bit shocking.

Everything about the property was fantastic, but the field outside felt like an empty barron; I wish there were some meadow flowers.

There’s nothing negative to mention; the host was respectful and the place was lovely, so I’d highly recommend it. Maybe a few extra towels would improve it.
