Well situated for Elstree studios Fathima on reception was great. Very tired - felt more budget than a usual Doubletree Breakfast was very poor

I arrived back late from a party and found no parking because the hotel was hosting a wedding; I had to park on a nearby street even though I had paid for parking and was told space would be available.
“Terrible experience—trapped in the lift, emergency button failed, and my son suffered a panic attack. Please avoid this”
The hotel is close to Queens Elizabeth Grammar School, but our stay was terrifying: my son and I got stuck in the lift, and pressing the emergency button routed us to the hotel’s booking system where we were asked to press a number for reservations instead of getting immediate help. My son had a panic attack, couldn’t sleep all night, and struggled with his grammar school entrance test the next day. The mishandling of the emergency call made the already frightening situation worse, and I urge anyone to reconsider staying here.
