The beds were decent. I booked this hotel because the site claimed it was wheelchair‑friendly, but the reality was far from that. An elevator alone does not make a place inclusive. From the entrance it was a painful experience: there was no proper ramp, and maneuvering a wheelchair up the sidewalk and the entry steps was extremely difficult. The room bathroom was too narrow; a wheelchair simply wouldn’t fit. Reception staff were quite mediocre and nowhere near what we expected. It was definitely a disappointing experience and the accessibility claims were misleading.
