Everything was great—staff were wonderful, the room and beds super comfy, breakfast excellent, and the location and price were spot on.

Rooms were clean and comfy with good breakfast, yet the staff seemed underprepared and undertrained, taking 30 minutes to check me in, while homeless people begged in the parking lot and cleaning staff walked into my room unannounced 3.5 hours before checkout.
