The reception staff were very polite and quick to complete both check‑in and check‑out, and they responded swiftly to any service requests. The hotel staff were respectful and courteous, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The room, suitable for one or two people, was spacious with ample lighting and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower area measured 100×100.

After a flight mishap and feeling exhausted, the swift check‑in process demonstrated the staff’s professionalism; all procedures were handled smoothly with a strong focus on guest satisfaction by the esteemed Ms. Rahma. Thank you to her for her flawless work, which greatly eased the travel fatigue. I also thank Ms. Huda and wish everyone continued success. Let’s not forget the “unknown soldier” – the cleaning and service staff – thanks to them all. Those who do not thank people do not thank God. For new guests: previous positive reviews are absolutely accurate, and I prefer not to repeat myself. As the saying goes, a critic’s eye is sharp! Yet, I truly saw nothing worthy of criticism.

The location is beautiful and quiet, with plenty of nearby services. The sofa in the room was very bad and uncomfortable; I wish they would replace it and at least add two more chairs for seating.
