The food was very tasty, and they even prepared meals for the children, which I was satisfied with.
The cable car station at the mountain base is about a 10‑minute walk, breakfast and dinner were delicious, the staff were enthusiastic and friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and skiing with hot springs was fantastic—I'll stay again next time.
I was disappointed because there was no overnight stay with two meals included.

The meals lived up to their reputation and the service was timely; the front desk staff were kind, but the open‑air bath was “temporarily closed for reasons” and I wish I had been informed beforehand, as that was a main reason I chose this place.
