A great spot for a couple without kids to relax; quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, with friendly staff and good service; plenty of budget‑friendly places to eat nearby; we recommend it!

The location was close to the city, just a 5‑minute walk, but the rooms were not cleaned daily—only on request, which I had never seen before.

The breakfast was good with a wide selection, and the pool was nice; however, the rooms had dirty towels, the toiletries were always empty, the rooms were very small, and the hotel staff constantly pressured guests to order food and drinks (you weren’t allowed to bring your own bottled water to the pool), the staff were not friendly and seemed annoyed.

Close to Alacati center, with a good pool and garden, yet the laundry room near the underground rooms has extremely loud washing machines that can be heard from inside the rooms all day and into the evening, and there’s a very unpleasant smell in the hall near the laundry room.
