The room was comfortable and spacious. When I arrived there was nobody around, and a boy who didn’t speak Spanish attended us well.

There was parking in front of the property, a quiet area that was easy to reach, and the owner was friendly. We were lucky to be the only ones in the apartment. The common areas, especially the bathroom and kitchen, were noticeably dirty. The room was fine.

The board games were great, but the room was terribly dirty. It was almost escape‑proof, yet the bathroom had hair on the floor, dead insects, and the trash had never been emptied. On top of that, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work and there was no signal.

The personal service was unbeatable; when our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected, they stayed on top of us the whole time, making sure we could check in without any hassle and giving us all the necessary directions. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine concern for making everything right made the experience very pleasant. We stayed for one night only, and although the accommodation is simple and basic, the room had everything we needed to rest comfortably after the trip. The room was very hot, so we recommend bringing a fan; we opened the windows and it got a little better.
