There was nothing. It was not a hotel or a bed‑and‑breakfast; it was just a room rental. The photos on the profile are misleading or not representative of the actual offering.

Despite appearances, Star Hotel proved to be an excellent response to the needs of business travelers. The room is furnished to meet every type of requirement. The mattress and acoustic insulation are good. The blankets and bathroom linens are clean. The shower works without any problem. The toilets are spotless. The room lock was not very convenient, and the front door lock also made it hard to turn. There was no bathroom shelf.

I really liked the staff, they were helpful and accommodating, especially the guy at reception. The location is convenient for getting around, but it is in a part of town that is quite dangerous at night (I heard that from a lot of Italians), so I admit it’s not a safe place for a single woman to go and come back. The internet is terrible! When I try to convert everything I paid for, I swear it’s not worth it, but unfortunately I left it until the last minute. The bed was good and the shower was good.

The location is good. The shower water didn’t drain well; the water came back up from the drain. The mini‑fridge didn’t work, even though I said I needed to keep medication in the fridge.
