The room was clean. Breakfast wasn’t served even after telling the front desk we wanted it.
The pool is nice and the seaside spot is great—just 5 minutes from Guihulian, which I eventually learned to appreciate. There are a couple of good supermarkets; Princes is the best. The town market has decent food stalls on the top floor. You can also grab food from a BBQ chicken shop across the road from one corner of the market (now be careful, because the opposite corner also has a BBQ chicken shop next to the banks). Jan 2026 🫶 I’ll be back—I loved everything 😉
The staff were friendly. The shower didn’t work and the basin faucet had no water.

The place is peaceful and clean. Nothing else to note.

The beach was amazing. I liked the water dispensers on the terrace, the orange towels, the four chairs, and the three small water bottles and toilet paper. Mosquitoes in the room, bathroom tile mold, no bedside tables. I had to use the chairs because there wasn’t enough counter space for three people’s luggage. No shower instructions, staff were hard to find, no breakfast on the menu, alcohol bottles scattered everywhere on the terrace and the cup counter. People smoked at the entrance, no bathmat, only one outlet on one side of a bed, the mattress had no bounce but didn’t hurt my back. The neutral pictures were bright and new, but they didn’t show the bathroom. No lamps, just overhead lights.
