Nice, just gave me a single bed and the noise from the parties. The location was a problem.
Everything was great, I stayed in a room with six shared beds that were very comfortable and clean. Besides the room, the hotel has several spaces to relax. The staff were very friendly. The location was excellent; I walked to and from the airport. The beach was a block away. And the food was the best part—everything was delicious. I’ll definitely come back.

I had to leave the hotel because we ended up in a leaky canoe, the noise was constant every day, we couldn’t sleep, the cleaning was very poor and the people were very strange. The worst thing was a night invasion by a hotel employee into our suite, which prompted my wife and me to request a full cancellation of all payments. We still haven’t managed to get it done. The hotel was terrible, the employee broke into our suite at night, opened the door and startled my wife who was lying on the bed. We reported it to management and asked for a refund for the charges from 10 to 20/09, but it was denied. Another major issue was the hygiene and cleanliness of our suite; the service was awful, the water had a lot of salt because there was no filter, the shower was clogged and ran with little water. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, with many guests apparently using drugs all the time. We filed a complaint again but were not attended to. I’m still trying to cancel the payments through my bank because we had to leave 7 days before the end of our stay and we were not reimbursed, leaving us at a loss!
