“Localização perfeita e conforto”
The location is fantastic—everything nearby, and even with a bar right across the street, there was no noise issue; the bed was very comfortable, the shower excellent, and we left our luggage there after checkout, which was a big help.
Two complimentary water bottles are given daily. The spot is very central, making it easy to walk everywhere. Check‑in is self‑service, no arrival time needed. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows. The street noise from the bar/inn right below the window is annoying. Even though the room feels cozy, the price of €315 per night is high for a basic room with a decent but dated bathroom. It’s in Venice’s historic centre, so that’s expected, but the price‑to‑room ratio hits a limit. If you have large, heavy luggage, ask for a first‑floor room because those between the first and second floors are narrow and steep.
“We made it work for 3 days but I would not stay again!”
The location was very good and the check in was easy. Room was very small and you could not get around the bed if the door on the bathroom was open! There was very limited space for clothing. (3 day stay was max and 1 week would not work) There was no refrigerator in the room or available to use and there was no ice available at all. Also in reception area there were no additional coffee pods!
“Un sejour rendu mémorable par la qualité de votre établissement”
The setting, cleanliness, and quiet were all great; the only downside was mosquitoes at night.
The place is super clean and very well located in Venice. The fridge in the room is missing, even though there is a shared one on the first floor.
