The soundproofing was terrible – a drunk guest next door was shouting from 4 am until 8 am, making it impossible to sleep, and the staff did nothing when I complained. I booked a non‑smoking room, yet smoke from the neighboring room drifted into mine; a non‑smoking room should mean the whole floor is smoke‑free. This was the worst lodging experience of my life, despite the good reviews that had convinced me to book.

The cleaning staff were helpful, but the hotel claimed to be near the subway while it was actually far away, and the included breakfast lacked toasties or bacon.
