We never got to stay at the hotel we booked; they sent us to another hotel without any explanation or options. The all‑inclusive isn’t what it is at other hotels.

The accommodation is very pleasant, the staff is very friendly and helpful, all good👌. The hotel doesn’t have its own kitchen, so you have to walk a short distance to a nearby hotel for food; the meals are quite good😀. Right in front of the hotel a new park is currently being built.

We booked a sea‑view room but, due to various issues, they moved us to another nearby hotel. The building is new, the cleaning is excellent, and the staff are young and prepared.

The equipment and furnishings are broken, old, and not up to standard. Breakfast is served in another hotel… very bad!
