We were blown away by the stay! A few days before arrival the villa managers reached out and set up a WhatsApp chat where we could ask the staff anything. Throughout our stay they answered every request in the chat quickly. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! The villa had all the comforts – kitchen, washing machine, fridge, and even a minibar; when we checked in at night it was nice to find noodles and beer on hand! The place was clean, with daily housekeeping, and no insects. The pool was a highlight – always clean, flowing water at a pleasant temperature. The view from the villa overlooked the river and a golf course – very picturesque and quiet. Every day the grounds were tidied up, removing leaves from the lawn, so the area looked well‑maintained. The location was great – two shared pools nearby, but the crowds were thin (probably off‑season, we were in late April); sometimes we were the only ones at the pool. The sea was also close, with a clean sandy beach. A golf cart was available for moving around the property, but we walked since everything was close. The proximity to attractions was good too – 15‑20 minutes by motorbike to Da Nang and Hoi An on a direct road, and all deliveries arrived without issues.

The villa is new and has everything needed for self‑cooking. Daily housekeeping, robes, slippers, and toiletries are all provided and refreshed on time. It’s a 5‑minute walk from the sea through a beautiful, flower‑laden avenue with pomelos, palms, and citrus. Breakfast can be ordered for $10, it’s hearty and tasty – enough for two. We left money, passports, and jewelry in the safe and went on excursions – everything stayed intact. There was nothing negative.

The villa was ideal for our family retreat, positioned between Hoi An and Da Nang. The pool was cold, but my son loved it. Staff were always very friendly, and having a chef come to our villa each morning to cook breakfast was amazing and reasonably priced. The Vietnamese breakfast option was our favourite! We dined a few times at The Nep restaurant on site and the food was great. We paid the full amount a couple weeks before arrival, with the owner saying it was necessary "because of Tet." On arrival, the butler tried to charge us again and demanded proof, which was hard to provide since I didn’t receive a receipt and couldn’t log into my online banking. I was able to message the owner, who eventually told the butler we had indeed paid. It was all sorted out, but it was quite stressful at the moment, worrying we might have been scammed.
