The accommodation is incredibly beautiful, quite new, and very clean. It’s also very centrally located.
I confirm that I did not like the fact that there was no comfort for waiting guests.

The apartment is newly built and has no hangers in the bathroom, showing it needs some accessories that will be added over time. The apartment is spacious, has electric blinds, and a large terrace. It’s close to the center of Polignano, and the paid parking is convenient. The sound insulation is ineffective (everything can be heard, including the electric blinds moving). The bathroom window won’t open because it hits the shower. The bathroom drawer is broken or poorly installed, and the bathroom door handle comes off if you pull hard. The bedroom door slams into the wardrobe.

This place met every expectation. It’s a condo‑style property right by the old town, offers parking with a code that was clearly described, and the check‑in was easy. We were sent a photo of the front from the parking area, so you really couldn’t make a mistake. The unit is clean, modern, and spacious. You can walk to the beautiful view from your place in the newer part of town in 5 minutes! Clear communication also makes this place a winner. I find that many places are listed as if they are hotels—am I the only one? This one is an Airbnb‑type place. Great—I just like to know that. So, when it says breakfast available…hmm. They just mean you can go to a restaurant nearby. I find many listings are not clear. Perhaps it can be a new category called lockbox/code—no human contact?
