The staff were kind and the location was very convenient for starting excursions. The manager arranged my departure to Paksé, handling the Tuk Tuk, motorized sampan, and minibus—thanks a lot. However, the staff didn’t understand English even with Google Translate, so communication was tough except with the manager who was rarely around. The breakfast also lacked dairy items like yogurt and a glass of fruit juice.

The location, the lady who manages, and the breakfast were positives. The electricity was faulty, no repair was provided for more than two days, and the cleanliness was lacking.

The pool is a nice bonus, pleasant and facing the Mekong, and the area is calm and relaxing. The hotel is old and could use a bit of upkeep.
