The room was decent, but the air‑con was dirty, broken, and smelled awful.

Breakfast had a great variety, and the restaurant setting was amazing with a view of the mountains.

The restaurant offered a stunning view of the lake and mountains, and the garden right in the middle of the property was lovely. The staff were very hospitable and accommodating, and the spa and pool were good. However, the Deluxe King Room didn’t justify the price—it was smaller than the photos suggested, the double bed was actually two single beds with a noticeable seam in the middle, and overall the room felt a bit rundown for a five‑star rate.
