The place is well situated and assistance arrived quickly; unfortunately I paid extra for a large double but ended up with two single beds, and I can’t believe the premium option doesn’t come with its own bathroom.

The room was spacious and fully equipped, which is especially nice given London’s cramped standards, and the shower and window offered plenty of space; the toilet, located on the hallway as described, was clean and tidy, and access is via door codes instead of keys, which is convenient. On the downside, the toilet flush was very loud and stayed noisy for about five minutes after use, as if a shredder were inside; the shower temperature could only be set to hot or cold, with no middle option, and a few ants appeared in our room.

The location and price were good, but everything was noisy—the shower, the toilet and the floors. The room appeared clean at first glance, but when I checked under the bed I found a lot of dust, two empty bottles, some pills and a book, something I’ve never seen in a hotel room before, even after traveling extensively.

Overall everything was great, the bed was super comfortable and the air‑conditioning worked perfectly; the only issue was the noise from the bathroom and shower—though the bathroom was outside the room it sounded loud, and the shower inside also made noise when turned on; we also noticed a few ants coming from somewhere.

The location was excellent, check‑in was easy and the kitchen facilities were great, but the WiFi kept crashing; I tried contacting the owners through messages and texts but received no reply, so I googled a fix, which worked—thanks!
