The hotel was excellent; we received an upgrade to a beautiful room with a wonderful bed, the breakfast was fantastic, the staff were super friendly, and the hotel sits nicely in the center among shops and restaurants.

The hotel was great with nice rooms and a very good location, but the windows were not sealed or sound‑proof, so street noise from the busy road and even train noise were clearly audible even with the windows closed, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category, so I gave it an 8 instead of a 10; everything else was superb.
