The staff alone were a thousand points—very attentive and helpful. I was actually disappointed: the room was tiny, the floor was ugly and scratched, the bed was low, and the sheets and towels were yellowed; there should have been two trash cans because the minibar had drinks and snacks. The breakfast was limited and had no new items. There’s no elevator, so you have to climb more than 30 steps. It’s a high price for little comfort; I’ve stayed elsewhere in the area at lower rates with excellent comfort.
