The front desk staff were generally friendly and helpful, with George standing out for going above and beyond. I appreciated how clean the hotel was overall and the quick response to our requests; a message we sent was handled immediately, which was great. The location and surrounding area are also good. However, the view from the room was terrible, and the room size didn't match what we expected or what was shown in pictures. The iron was located outside the room, which felt awkward, and the room rate was expensive, higher than it should be.
