The hotel sits right in the center, within easy walking distance to everything, tucked into the heart of the city. The staff were extremely helpful on every matter, and the price was quite good for what was offered.

The hotel is right where you want to be—just steps from all the main sights. İlkin and Raul were especially warm and helpful, and the 24‑hour front desk plus prompt room service kept everything running smoothly. Breakfast was decent enough, and at that price the whole package felt like a great bargain. [

The staff were genuinely friendly and easy to approach, which made checking in a breeze. The only downside was the breakfast spread; it could definitely use more variety and flavor.

The personnel were courteous and I had no issues with them, and the location is simply stunning. The only thing I missed was a disposable toothbrush in the room.

The hotel enjoys a very good location, and I’d give the breakfast a solid 7 out of 10. The staff were pleasant and eager to help, with Ilkin standing out for his extra attentiveness.
