The staff were friendly, which was the only redeeming aspect. Apart from that, the stay was extremely unpleasant and I would never return; the facilities looked neglected, more like a stop‑over place than a Hilton property. The bathroom didn’t work, I saw at least two mice running through my room (which I reported), and overall the hotel was in poor condition. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel if you can, as there are far better alternatives.

The phone was unresponsive, the air conditioning leaked water onto the floor, the shower ran too much water, and the Asian tea cup was missing.
