“Ótimo café da manhã e excelente localização”

The hotel is a great option in Balneário Camboriú. We went during low season, so the price was good for three people. The highlight is the breakfast, which is very extensive, with many options and well prepared. The restaurant is also very good, with a great menu, reasonable price and quality food. The location is very good, close to the beach and the city centre. The parking has a valet. The parking is paid. We had a small issue because a paint drop fell on the car glass and it was a bit hard to remove, although we managed. Perhaps more attention is needed on the parking walls. The rooms are not very spacious for three people and the windows do not open much, leaving the room stuffy. The bathroom has no extractor and takes a while to clear the fog.

The bed linens and towels were impeccable. The bathroom had a leak, and the TV had audio problems.

The breakfast was magnificent, the room comfortable, and the cleaning adequate. They forgot to set up the extra bed that I had booked in advance, so I had to change rooms. When I arrived at the second room, the light was faulty, so I had to move to a third room. After a long travel day, that added to the fatigue. Also, when we left, a backpack was left in the luggage compartment and wasn’t handed over, so we had to travel from Florianópolis to Camburiú on the same day to retrieve it and then return to Florianópolis. The staff were friendly and pleasant, but I feel they lack training to prevent such inconveniences.
