The location, amenities, cleanliness, and maintenance were all good. The Wi‑Fi needs to be stronger, and I think there is a lack of staff because sometimes the services seem a bit overburdened, especially in the restaurants.

The location, facilities, Mexican night, and overall entertainment team with all the activities they organized were great. The drinks should switch to Coca Cola. Also the room was not cleaned very well; when they handed it over it was clean, but on subsequent days it seemed they only set the bed. The bed squeaked.

The service was excellent. The only downside is that there are no umbrellas or cabanas on the beach.

The beach was clean and well‑located, and the facilities were good. The waiters were the least friendly I’ve encountered in a hotel; I was impressed that they were not attentive or sufficiently attentive. The Mexican restaurant food was terrible; my chicken was raw and my son’s meat was tough. The only redeeming parts of the food were the occasional inside buffet and the Japanese restaurant.
