“Bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse”
The location and room size were great. The price was a bit high, but that's Tokyo.

The location was very good, about a 10‑minute walk from the center, but it wasn't in the middle and there was a lot of noise. The bus station was close to the subway. The room was very comfortable with plenty of space. The breakfast was terrible; after one attempt we decided to eat somewhere else.

The location was optimal, in a quiet area but a few steps from various restaurants and services. It’s a 15‑minute walk from Shinjuku center. The room is large for a Japanese standard.

Great reception staff with great facilities

A solid choice for a few days in Tokyo. The location is excellent, and the tiny room’s facilities are cleverly arranged. The staff are adequate and friendly. The atmosphere feels a bit bland and the place is very busy.
