“Told room wasn't available,, was charged as a NO SHOW- been trying for OVER A MONTH to get my money back! AWFUL cust”

I had a truly disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite being told that my room wasn't available, I was still charged as a no-show. Unfortunately, I've been trying for over a month to get my money back, but the customer service has been awful.

I was left feeling frustrated and let down after my recent stay at this hotel. Although they confirmed my reservation, when we arrived, the room was cancelled, leaving us with no place to stay. Needless to say, I won't be using this hotel again.

“Very terrible”

I was shocked and disappointed when I arrived at this hotel, only to find out that they didn't have a room available for me, despite having booked and paid for a one-night stay. It was a frustrating and inconvenient experience.

“It was quiet and thankfully, we only had to sleep there that night. I would probably not stay there again, but the staff”

Although the hotel's location was convenient, my stay was marred by several issues. The rooms were not clean, with old dirt on the steps and a strong smell of cigarettes. The toilet was broken, and when we were offered a room change, we found that it hadn't been cleaned either. However, the staff at the front desk were friendly and tried to assist us.
