The staff were very accommodating when we realised we had a booking mixup. It was noisy at night from guests upstairs.

The location and the room size and design. No iron for clothes and requesting extra pillow has charged. 2 free pillows only for two persons which is not enough

The garden was beautiful, very well kept, and the large reception area was nicely furnished, which I liked. The location wasn’t the most convenient and wasn’t well connected, but calling a taxi usually works (though they don’t always recognize the hotel). The front desk staff didn’t impress me much.

It was close to the bustling streets and had a lovely tropical vibe, with a clean and comfortable room. When I went to the front desk for a hair‑dryer, they told me the hotel only owned two dryers and both were already out on loan.
