Everything was truly perfect: the place was very comfortable and quiet, the owner’s welcome and the secure bike garage were great. I would have given a 10/10 if we could have had lunch on site in the designated area. The breakfast at the café where the owner had a deal was rather ordinary.

The location was excellent for the old town centre, and the communication before check‑in was very good with plenty of information. The room was clean and very reasonably priced, but the website photos did not match what we received; the room was small and basic.

There’s no better spot than staying at this place in Grottaglie. It’s magical, right in the heart of town with an easy‑to‑find street—just follow the signs. The owner is always available and gives all the necessary instructions at the start. The apartment is cleaned daily, towels changed every day, and breakfast is offered at a nearby café with coffee and pastries. Parking is easy to find and the owner provided free parking details. The apartment is nicely furnished, the bed is VERY comfortable, and the pillow is just perfect. We stayed for a week and had a great time. We absolutely recommend La Dimore del Principe. No negative comments.

My girlfriend and I spent just one night there and, unfortunately, we would have liked to stay longer given the wonderful room. The room was marvelous, the welcome was exceptional—even though we brought a small dog, we found a bowl for her in the room. The staff were very kind. Highly recommended!
