The staff were good, but there weren’t many restaurants to choose from and the location was limited; the spa massage was not good.

Overall, we really liked the hotel. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there, warned them in advance, and were pleasantly surprised to receive compliments from the hotel—thanks for the attention and care. No deposit was taken at check‑in. Excellent hotel, pleasant service, and a good impression of the stay. The staff paid attention to details; we booked with breakfasts, we don’t drink caffeinated coffee and love very hot coffee—every day of our stay, no one had to remind us about that. The only major drawback was the sockets in the room. Two sockets near the mirror were very loose: any device, even a hair dryer, would constantly fall out. To dry hair, we had to keep the plug in our hand to stop it from falling out. We reported this at reception, and they immediately gave us an extension cord with several sockets, for which we thank them. It did slightly spoil the room’s appearance, and the only other socket was under the TV, inside a cabinet. There were also wireless chargers near the bed, but the phone and headphones overheated quickly, so we chose not to use them.

The complimentary boat ride to ICONSIAM every 30 minutes was incredibly convenient, and the free spa amenities were a nice touch.

“Had a wonderful stay, we would come back if back to bangkok!!!”

The location and customer service were great, but the décor felt a bit dated.
