The room was spotless and had every amenity you could ask for, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, and the bar area and courtyard garden were lovely. The location is great, just a short walk from the main station and surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and mini‑markets. The only downside was that the air conditioning, while effective, made a little noise.

The air conditioner sits on the floor next to the bed and makes a noise that interferes with sleep. The hotel does not live up to its 4‑star rating; it feels more like a 3‑star place. The room design is gloomy and dark, and the breakfast is scant.

Ten out of ten – the hotel is incredibly close to the train station, just a couple of steps after exiting, which made catching our early train the next day a breeze, and the front desk staff were exceptionally kind, letting us check in early when rooms were free and even adjusting our breakfast date with a lot of personal touch, especially the very handsome, bespectacled gentleman, the short‑haired lady with glasses, and the lady in the kitchen; the bedding was very comfortable, contrary to my expectation of feeling odd, and the only downside was the room being a bit small, though it never felt cramped for two people.
