How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was large, and we got two adjoining rooms for three people. We were stuck with a construction site; at night we couldn’t ventilate because a foul, smoky smell drifted in. The hallway smelled of food all day, even though the price only included breakfast.

There was no staff, the place was very dirty, and the room temperature was 12‑13 °C.

We liked the hotel mainly for its proximity to the pool, the option to stay with breakfast, and the friendly staff; despite worn furniture in the rooms, the mattresses were comfortable. I appreciated the spacious rooms and the reasonably sized wardrobe. The hotel is old and would benefit from renovation; our room already had noticeable signs of use and wear. Breakfast was served buffet style with a limited selection. We stayed one night, so I don’t know how breakfast would have been for a full week.

I could find a place to sleep in Mezőkövesd, but the room was 16 °C, the AC was dead, and the whole hotel smelled damp and moldy. The walls were dirty, corners full of cobwebs, and the shower barely turned on.

I booked for the same day, paid with a card via Booking, and arrived at 21:45, even though the description said check‑in until 22:00. The front desk was manned by a guard who didn’t speak English, couldn’t find my reservation, and there were no free rooms. I couldn’t even use the bathroom. Good night.
