The place is fantastic; the facilities are top‑class and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food selection and quality are outstanding, and the location is what really sets it apart—secluded yet only 10 minutes from all the buzz. I did wish there was a heated pool; it was getting chilly and I wanted to swim, but the water was too cold.

The service was excellent, everything was clean and well maintained, and the golf‑cart service was quick and convenient whenever I asked for one. The food was good overall, not the highlight but definitely enjoyable. On the downside, the hotel was extremely quiet and boring – no parties, no entertaining activities, and the evening entertainment was not enjoyable at all. I expected a livelier atmosphere in El Gouna. For an all‑inclusive property, the food and snack options were limited. Most disappointing was that swimming in the lagoon was not allowed, a major drawback since other El Gouna hotels offer lagoon access. Knowing this beforehand would have changed my choice.

A small building that fits into the surroundings and the golf life right next to our superb villa. Nothing was wrong – everything was perfect, and the entrance to El Gouna is very secure.

The villa was gorgeous, roomy, spotless and private, and the private pool was a nice extra. It had everything we needed. The staff were outstanding and polite. We chose the all‑inclusive package, and the food was excellent too! Nothing else to add.
