I didn't find much to like. The rooms need a facelift – the mattress was sagging into the wooden frame, the AC was noisy, and the lights were dimmed to save energy but made the room feel heavy. No breakfast, and the late‑night traffic made it hard to sleep. For the price, there are better options in Fortaleza.

The biggest plus is the location – close to Iguatemi and the event center. The lodge is well laid out, no front desk, a small shop for quick needs, and a secure gate system. I ran into a couple of fixable issues: the shower tap was giving a shock, and the room had only plain curtains with three windows that let in early light, messing up sleep. Also, parking is a bit odd – only available at night; otherwise, you park on the street.
