The hotel’s location and accommodation were fine, though the breakfast organization could have been a bit better.

I’ve stayed here three times and I’ll definitely return; the staff are great and very friendly, breakfast is simply perfect, and the rooms are very nice and clean.

The hotel is close to the centre, the reception staff were friendly, and the spa area was tidy. However, after the name change the quality has dropped compared to our many stays at the Bristol, where we always had Superior rooms. This time we got a small room with no socket or nightstand on one side of the bed, which was problematic for the two of us who wear glasses. The rooms weren’t as clean as expected: there were hairs on the sink, the toilet lid was dirty, and the wardrobe handles were grimy. Breakfast was only offered until 11:00 am; we arrived at 10:00 am and the man preparing fresh eggs was busy until 10:30 am, some containers weren’t refilled and the dishware was partly dirty. The selection was okay. Overall, the hotel is not worth its price.

World class hotel, as expected, huge room, well equipped. All the luxuries and amenities. Breakfast was great, the egg station guy is very chatty and compliments you. Nearby the tram so just hop on and off you go to the old town, Shopping centers, nearby markets and more. Ideal location if you want to stay within the main city. However, without the tram you will have to walk at least 2 kms to reach the shopping malls, but still its good. The cleaning service, I had big brown spiders in my washroom which i had to hit and kill. Not welcome when you want to take a shower and they are there. Secondly after the second day room cleanup the dead ones still there so it means bathroom service was not up to mark, the bathroom amenities were not refilled so i think that needs to be looked at. Rest all was good no complaints

A friend recommended this place, but it was absolutely nothing special; it’s a sold‑out 3‑star hotel with smelly rooms, a terrible breakfast area, and the staff seemed bored and annoyed when I asked them questions.
