“Practicidad”
Breakfast was normal. The location is very good. The price‑to‑service ratio is not great.
The breakfast was complete, with a variety of delicacies. The hotel staff are EXCELLENT: always ready to help when needed, and their friendliness and respect toward guests are evident. The rooms were not what I expected; they were not like the photos on the hotel’s website. The first room we got was practically too small: everything was cramped, no wardrobe, and the bathroom was larger than the room. I requested a change to a much bigger room, still without a wardrobe, and it was clear everything had been recycled, and for that room change they charged $150.

The location is great, and the front‑desk staff stand out, but they let people sleep on a sofa right outside an elevator—this happened several times, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The breakfast staff were unhelpful and talked loudly about logistics.

The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was simple but sufficient and well served. The location is unbeatable! We had an issue with an air conditioner, but they quickly moved us to another room.
