I was surprised that there was no hot water, and after two days of showering with cold water I started feeling a cold.

It was a super beautiful and clean hotel, situated in a perfect spot with many nice shops. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

The location right by the station was fantastic, but the staff struggled to understand English, making conversation difficult.

The room was cosy with a comfortable bed, and the swimming pool was amazing and free to use both at night and the next morning. The location was very convenient, with a shopping plaza connected to the hotel on the basement floor of the elevator, a 24‑hour convenience store, shops, and restaurants. The hotel is very baby‑friendly; our 9‑month‑old could use the pool and they supplied a baby bed. I would love to stay again. Sometimes I could hear loud vehicle sounds and other people in the hotel from our room; better soundproofing would improve it. I would have preferred a room with a bathtub.

The front desk guy who checked me in was not even focused while working with me. First, he told me my Visa card didn’t work. I showed him the card was just charged by a taxi. He swiped my card so many times… once he almost doubled the amount I was supposed to pay. Luckily I caught him early enough to prevent the overcharge due to his careless attitude. The hotel’s location is a plus, very close to Gimpo Airport, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a great shopping plaza on the B2 level. The facility is just okay, and I don’t think it’s worth the amount they charge for. The front desk guy’s careless attitude was the main issue.
