I loved every part of the hotel, from the spotless rooms to the welcoming staff who were ready to help at any moment. The only downside was that the kitchen needed an upgrade or a breakfast option, and the Wi‑Fi was spotty; we spent the weekend inside but had to eat out because we couldn’t cook and the internet wouldn’t work.

Staff and facilities were good, but the hotel is far from the CBD.

The bed was very comfortable, but the Wi‑Fi was dead and the pool was filthy. Side tables were too far from the bed and were mounted awkwardly, which was not what I expected.

The room was clean, but the reception lady was not friendly at all—no smile, and the bed felt like a hard bench. Light from outside seeped through the door glass, making it hard to sleep. When we dropped the key in the morning, another reception lady was also unfriendly, as if they didn’t care about their jobs or guests.
