San Francisco Plazza Hotel

The place was clean and the breakfast was worth trying. When we arrived, we were charged double for the room; I paid by card and the receptionist said the payment hadn’t gone through. Just as I was about to use another card, I saw the app and realized the double charge had already been processed, which made me uneasy because they were not only trying to overcharge us but also double‑charging the card. That was the only thing I didn’t like.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast had a good variety. The ground‑level parking lot was annoying; a staff member had to keep pulling the car out so other guests could enter. There was also confusion with the keys— the employee didn’t know which key matched which vehicle, so you’d have to wait in the car hoping the staff would get it right, and if you were early at 6 am you could miss your appointment.
